Siser EasySubli Heat Transfer Vinyl: The Key to Vibrant Decorations

Now, you can sublimate on a variety of different fabrics and colors with the matte heat transfer vinyl, EasySubli, which is receptive to sublimation inks! Siser EasySubli HTV is the key to decorating colored polyester (excluding sublimated polyester garments) and cotton blends, allowing you to achieve the brightest colors and best results.

Please note that EasySubli is not compatible with latex or Inkjet/toner based printers/copiers, but it is CPSIA Certified, making it perfect for decorating children's clothing and accessories. The Virtuoso SG series Siser EasySubli Inks can do more than just print on EasySubli. After printing and cutting the heat transfer vinyl, you can use EasySubli Mask and a squeegee to transfer designs from the static backing to the garment of your choosing.

With EasySubli, the decorating possibilities are endless. The low application temperature of 311°F even allows you to decorate heat-sensitive fabrics like tri-blends and rayon. EasySubli features a polyester composition, a static backing, and a matte finish, with a thickness of 220 Microns/8.66 Mils and a recommended 45°/60° blade. Layering is not recommended.

To use EasySubli, simply print, cut, and weed the material, preheat the garment for 2-3 seconds, apply the design at 311°F/155°C using medium pressure for 15 seconds, and then peel the mask. For optimal results, it is recommended to store the material in its protective packaging, maintain a storage and use environment at 36% to 51% relative humidity (42% optimal), and allow the paper to reach room temperature before use. It is important to never leave the print paper exposed to heated or air-conditioned air currents and to store it off the floor.

EasySubli is compatible with any sublimation printer, but for best results, the recommended printers are the Sawgrass printers.
