Siser EasySubli Heat Transfer Vinyl is a matte heat transfer vinyl that is receptive to sublimation inks, making it the key to decorating colored polyester (excluding sublimated polyester garments) and cotton blends. With EasySubli, you can achieve the brightest colors and best results when sublimating on a variety of different fabrics and colors. However, it's important to note that EasySubli is not compatible with latex or Inkjet/toner based printers/copiers.

One of the standout features of EasySubli is that it is CPSIA Certified, making it perfect for decorating children's clothing and accessories. The Virtuoso SG series Siser EasySubli Inks can do more than just print on EasySubli. After printing and cutting the heat transfer vinyl, you can use EasySubli Mask and a squeegee to transfer designs from the static backing to the garment of your choosing.

With EasySubli, the decorating possibilities are endless, as it can be used on any color of the rainbow and almost every fabric under the sun. The low application temperature of 311°F (155°C) even allows you to decorate heat-sensitive fabrics like tri-blends and rayon.

When it comes to the specifications, EasySubli has a polyester composition, a static backing, and a matte finish. It measures 220 Microns/8.66 Mils and requires a 45°/60° blade for cutting. It's important to note that layering is not recommended.

The application instructions for EasySubli are as follows: Print, cut, and weed the material; preheat the garment for 2-3 seconds; apply the design at 311°F/155°C using medium pressure for 15 seconds; and peel the mask warm.

Regarding storage and handling, it's important to leave the material in its protective packaging until ready for use and maintain the storage and use environment at 36% to 51% relative humidity (42% optimal) for best printing and drying. Allow the paper to achieve room temperature prior to use and never leave the print paper exposed to heated or air-conditioned air currents. Store the paper off the floor and fan the sheets prior to use.
