Heat transfer vinyl, also known as HTV, T-shirt vinyl, or Iron-on vinyl, is an easy and fun way to personalize fabrics.

Tips for Best Results: - Avoid using nylon, velvet, acrylic fabrics, leather, or vinyl, as they may melt and ruin the material. - Hand wash the fabric gently with mild detergent. - Wait 24 hours after application before washing. - Turn the garment inside out before washing. - Do not use bleach. - Perform a test before the final application.

Step-by-Step Instructions: 1. Create your design and cut with the glossy side facing down and the duller back of the gold HTV vinyl facing up. 2. Weed away the excess gold vinyl, leaving your design on the carrier sheet. 3. Apply the design to your T-shirt using a heat press at 305°F-320°F for 10-15 seconds. If using a home iron, press with firm pressure. 4. Peel the carrier sheet cold. If any areas of the design lift, repeat step 3.

Cutting Settings: - Cricut: Blade: Standard / Setting: Iron on - Silhouette Cameo: Blade: 10 / Speed: 5 / Force: 5 / Passes: 2 / Material: Smooth

Home Iron Instructions: 1. Set the iron dial between cotton and wool. 2. Cover the design with a Teflon sheet. 3. Place the iron on a flat, hard surface (not an ironing board). 4. Press the iron with medium/firm pressure, do not slide. 5. Press each section of the design for 10-15 seconds. 6. If areas of the design lift, apply the cover sheet and repress for 10-15 seconds. 7. Peel the carrier sheet cold. 8. Cover the completed design and press for 5-10 seconds.

Heat Press Instructions: 1. Set the heat press to 302°F. 2. Pre-heat the garment with medium pressure for 2-3 seconds. 3. Apply the transfer as instructed above and cover with a Teflon sheet. 4. Apply medium pressure to the garment for 10-15 seconds. 5. Allow the transfer to cool for 45 seconds before peeling off the clear carrier sheet.

The 30ft HTV vinyl roll is more suitable for larger projects, allowing you to cut as needed. Our iron-on vinyl roll is also easy to cut and weed, compatible with most cutters.
